A NON-REFUNDABLE of $25 is REQUIRED at the same time of booking your appointment to secure your date, slot & time. Deposit will be applied to the remaining balance which will be due after the appointment via cash. If you choose to pay the remaining balance via Cash App, you will have to pay a $5 processing fee.

I am located in Winter Haven, Fl You will receive address once appointment is booked. I work in a private area so please respect my space by NOT bringing extra guests unless they have a scheduled appointment❗️.

LATE FEE
There will be an additional $20 late fee for the first 15 minutes if client is late. ANY APPOINTMENT PASSED THE 25 MINUTE MARK WILL BE CONSIDERED CANCELLED.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY

Cancellations must be done within 24 hours of appointment time. Same day cancellations will NOT be credited towards a future appointment and will NOT be refunded. ONLY ONE courtesy rescheduling will be allowed on makeup appointment per calendar year 24hrs or more. I do allow reschedule for any further dates within 30 days from the original appointment date. Any additional “rescheduling” after the first courtesy reschedule will automatically be cancelled and down payment will not be refunded back or used to pay any other balance!
Kerline has a strict NO CALL, NO SHOW POLICY. If you do not show up to your appointment at all, you will be charged the full amount and you will be banned from booking on this site.
PLEASE NO KIDS OR EXTRA COMPANY IF NO BEING SERVICED!
PLEASE COME WITH YOUR EYEBROWS GROOMED & REMOVE ALL UNWANTED HAIR.
If your brows are not groomed, you will be charged $10. This will add additional time to your service.
It is important to remove ALL unwanted hairs such as sideburns, mustache, chin and minor forehead hairs. This will help for smooth skin application and makeup longevity.
It is very important that you exfoliate your face and lips to get rid of any dead skin that may cause dry, flaky patches.
URGENT MESSAGE
I am unable to provide ANY makeup services if you have any of the following: flu, COVID-19, sinus infection, cold symptoms, sneezing or runny nose, open wounds/scars on the face, exposing flesh, fresh bruising, known sensitivity or allergy to products, stye, pink eye, open sores, & active cold sore breakouts on your face.
DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT
ABSOLUTELY NO PHONE USAGE. Constant talking and downward head movement will extend the process.
EARLY & AFTER HOUR/ SQUEEZE IN REQUEST
